Q: How is our data separated from other customers?
A: Each customer receives a dedicated GuestConnect instance,
including:
§ Separate application instance and data store
§ Independent scaling to match your guest volumes
§ Shared, centrally maintained code base for rapid patching and feature delivery
That means:
§ Your data is not co‑mingled with other tenants,
§ Updates and patches are applied consistently across customers,
§ You still benefit from a mature SaaS operational model.
Q: What does reception/FOH staff actually see and do in
the portal?
A: Depending on their role, staff can:
§ See a list of visitors and active/expired keys
§ Manually sign out a visitor / revoke access early
§ Create a new access entry and specify its validity period
§ Copy/paste Wi‑Fi details or rely on the emailed QR code to the guest
Regular visitors only see their own email with SSID, password and QR code. They do not see the admin portal.
